Now I don't know the laws where you live, but it seems to me that you would be safer growing it yourself than getting it shipped.

geoffk is right. if you have your own apartment, its safer to grow your own as long as you keep it low, means 3-5 plants, otherwise it will stink too much

I might be able to do that when my landlord dies and his body isn't discovered for 3 months, giving me just about enough time to crop a load
