Thanks for everything you've done, Peter. This forum would never have happened without you. I appreciate the selflessness of your efforts to give us this extension of the ACD and I hope you recover to full health soon.

For anyone that doesn't know, the ACD is hosted on some free web space on FreeUK but this only allows static content so a forum there would not be possible. Peter's Localinet has provided some space where an interactive site can be hosted. He has little interest in Amsterdam coffeeshops so this is an act of extreme generosity. He's been very unwell recently but has kindly helped to resurrect the forum on one of his servers.

As one of the newest members, I would like to add my thanks to
Peter/slimline and Lemming for this site. The timing of your revival seems especially fortuitous in light of some heavy negativity recently on another Amsterdam forum. This site so far feels a friendlier place to share and exchange ideas.

It is so good to have the ACD forum back.

As with Hasj my trip to A'dam in January just wasn't the same without the ACD forum :( there was no one to tell about me being the only punter in Barney's Lounge on a cold evening gently sliding off the seat.. or the excellent Jack Herrer in Stix (or was it Stix? my notes have dissappeared  )

Well done Slimline and Lemming on all your hard work and please take care Slimline, go slowly on the recovery
