I am looking for all cannabis-related news, even if its about industrial hemp or whatever has to do with it. news on political changes in any country of the world, new studies and so on....i am interested on this topic so much, because there is so much more to our beloved plant than just the smoking-thing.Puffin13 wrote:I agree with sh@dy. What type of further cannabis news are you looking for/needing, sh@dy? More EU cannabis news? World wide grass news? It really doesnt take much for US, meaning all the ACD members, to surf different sites and bring the news here. If there is any news or news sites, I can help with, please let me know. Peace & Love.sh@dy wrote:the new design is cool.
I have another idea. maybe you could do a section called "news" where e.g. people who want to help in this section can do live-coverage of the cannabis cup, or write other cannabis-related news, because for those things you always have to look on other sites (except some things which are written down in the forum).
New ACD (topic for techies only)
Regarding a "news" section, as I pointed out elsewhere, it's not possible to have interactive content on the ACD because of the limitations imposed by FreeUK where it’s hosted. Having said that, the best vehicle for "news"-type interactive content is surely a forum and we have one - here! Not only that but we have Puffin13 posting all sorts of news in various sections and live coverage of visits in the Travelogue section so, even if it were possible to have a news section, it would just duplicate what we have here in the forum wouldn't it?
The Paypal idea is worth considering. In the meantime, if anyone wants to support the ACD as a whole then please do your hotel bookings via the link on the home page and buy lots of t-shirts. If you want to support the forum in particular then please contribute to Peter via his Paypal account: peter.richards@localinet.co.uk (he needs it more than me, I have a day-job).

good to know. why dont you change webspace so that you can actually use interactive content?Lemming wrote:Regarding a "news" section, as I pointed out elsewhere, it's not possible to have interactive content on the ACD because of the limitations imposed by FreeUK where it’s hosted.
