Amsterdam Coffeeshop Directory Forums

It was 'rumored' on another site that Global Chillage is now closed, but other than saying it was 'the word around town' ,and the phone was disconnected it wasn't really confirmed.
Does anyone know if this shop is still open?

Walked by last week while in town...was a crew working on the inside and painting the outside, no sign to say what will go in the building... but its very modern looking on the inside

I believe the owner died, so someone else probably owns it, what it will become is anyones guess but seeing that coffeeshop licenses are so hard to come by I'd be surprised if it became anything else.
