Hi!

How is the Tulip Inn Amsterdam West? and how it is there with the public transport system?

It's a ways out but the #17 tram line along Tussen Meer looks to be only about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The 17 goes to behind the Royal Palace and onto Centraal Station.

I stayed at the Tulip West in a large comfortable room with a private bath for about 50 euros a night.

It's a solid half hour tram ride to Dam Square and not in a neighborhood I can recommend.

I liked the Tulip in Zaandam much better and it's 15 mins to Central Station.
