Chinese food in Maastricht

THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN was in Maastricht.

I can't tell you the name of the place, but it's connected to the Best Western Grand Hotel de l'Empereur, which is the big hotel immediately across the street from Maastricht Central Station. If you walk down the main street adjacent to the hotel, as if going toward central Maastricht, you'll see it on the south side of the hotel. I think it has a yellow sign.
