Yeah that bubba looks serious, I've only smoked abraxas' knock off version...didn't look like that!

Has it got that rich, coffee smell going on?

Smoking some Greenhouse Seed Co Big Bang , it's a pretty nice smoke kinda reminds me of watered down Cheese lol got that fruity smell jus not as pungent , not very strong either nice daytime smoke

Today is Sensi Seeds Super Skunk. I can only remember the taste of A at the moment, a typical dry white skunk, tasty though. Im about to wrap up C, as you can see, theres only shrapnel left. B smells the same as A so I am expecting a similar taste to A, but it doesnt look as pretty, much looser.

Overal, not a bad strain, but definatey nothing to get too excited about.

Chocolope from Voyagers, big dense resinous nugs that smell amazing when broken up. Lovely taste and smoke, almost instant Sativa high that left me feeling very elated and calm but energised. 20 mins later left more of an Indica feeling (minor couch lock) probably due to inactivity, thoroughly enjoyed nonetheless!

That looks like the close up of a crappy planet! Seriously taty looking tho. Im about to make some hash, just need to get some ice first though. Is tht from fresh frozen trim?

Wish I had more trim to bubble really, but got no new trim till a month or so now.

Thanks bro, and yes, trim right from the plant to the frezzer for best results..

After seeing that Im def gonna freeze my trim straight away. How do you dry it to get it to go like that, I assumed it would always dry to dry (if that makes sense).

My only problem with bubble hash is i like to smoke it in joints (like its a Maroc), that looks more bong orientated. Or would it roll out like a hand rubbed?

With respect, I don't see how you can seriously hope to judge a strain unless they're allowed to grow to their full potential. The buds in the pics look as if they've been harvested about three weeks too early, which means that they're not really indicative of just how good a strain it can be. It's only in the final few weeks, when the calyx swell and mature, that strains like these really develop. Until then they're just immature buds and although they've got resin on them it's not really mature enough to indicate just how good the strain can be.

Sensi Seeds' Super Skunk can be a very good strain ineed if it's allowed to fully mature. But unless they're left to do that, you can't really tell. The difference can be massive.

Anyway, I find if its a true keeper, it shines from the start. Im not looking for good, Im looking for great phenos/strains. The only way I can currently do this is with this method.

If you want it dry, you use less bags. Go from a 120 mc to a 45/25mc, it will have more plant matter in it and will dry out. Real deal full melt wont dry out, will always soft and sticky like the above pic. You can roll out a worm and put it in a j if you like...

Ah, I only have the 120, 73 and 25 bags. Which other bags would you recommend getting?

1x220u [Blue]
1x190u [Green]
1x160u [Red]
1x90u [Black]
1x45u [White]

If you already have those bags then I reckon just the 160 will do if you are doing dry runs. It will catch most of the plant matter (which there will be more of dry) before it hits the 120 and 73 where your melty goodness lives. Then you already have the 25 to mop up the rest. If you have the cash then get the 190 as well and your 160 will be cleaner and really decent too. Not bad to mix with the 25 for a bit more zang.

Also Shaggy is not really regurgitating USBonglord he is just saying what a lot of people will think when they see those pics. I thought it before you explained and before USB commented and have since seen your reasons. I think however you may have your expectations too high for a stellar start to finish plant. I have seen some of the best plants put the power on later in the grow. 2 -3 weeks with a good plant can double your yield. The strains you grew can produce some really heavy yields. Super Skunk is not to be knocked as a meh plant and that is what Shaggy picked up on. Maybe he couldn't be fucked flicking back pages to hear your back story.

For dry hash in your case i would run 160-120-25, if you were willing to spend the money for 1 more bag i would add the 45 to that list. I really dont care for the 25mc stuff, fine plant metrial makes up most of that bag. So adding the 45 will just up the quality..
