i have a friend that has cluster headaches... he too says the same thing about the pain ..

have u tried using cannabis to help with the pain?? it helps him quite a bit. although he did tell me it is very strain specific.. one strain can make it worse, one can make it better... he generally found the cleaner, more organic varieties help him the best..

I take it from the thread title that you've recently had brain surgery? If so are you taking steroids to reduce any swelling?

I've read studies on Cannabis for relieving migraines, but the data only came from one source even though there are multiple web pages on the subject. It was quite a lengthy read. It should be easy to find. Don't know if this will help ya though.
