Just stick it on rapidshare, megaupload or sendspace (or somewhere similar) then share the link.

Click Browse and select the file you want to upload, then hit the Upload button and once it's done you'll be left with a link just copy this and post it.

It looks like the file is an m3u which I believe is an iTunes playlist file. Try sending an MP3 or something similar.

A m3u file is usually a playlist. What you want to upload is a mp3 file.

if you want to share music and videos with others without having them to download them, youtube.com would be best. make an account and use the "Upload" Button on the right side.
