8 hours in Amsterdam....

Hello everyone,
Introduced myself in the "introductions" area....
Doing a very quick flying visit to Amsterdam on the 20th May (not 21st as i wrote before)......will land at around 10am and take off again at around 8pm same day.... I need my fix big time.....
First stop will be Central...(no suprise there) .....for immediate "off the plane" blaze.....then off to Waterlooplein market to meet my ...how do I put this.... my "friend" who looks after me with very good prices and weight...ahem...
