Highlife Fair 2008 Pamplona, Spain

Post by Puffin13 »

In 2008 there was no Highlife fair in Holland, usually held in February. The next one is in 2009. More information at the Highlife site at the end of 2008.

This year the Highlife Fair will be on 3, 4 and 5 juli 2008 in Pamplona, Spain. During this time will also be the famous "running of the bulls" in Pamplona. More information on www.highlife.es
Peace.

I completely agree with you, shady! I dont like it either. I believe it's animal cruelty too. I would go for the buds but not for the bulls. Peace n Love to all living things.

Most of the people in Spain dislike this kind of "sport".

In Spain, possession in small quantities, of all drugs, for personal use is legal. Yes, this includes hard drugs too. Cannabis policy of Barcelona, Spain

No it's not! I think you may be confusing it with Portugal, Puffin. It varies greatly from area to area. Add to this 3 different Police forces. I've seen TV programmes where Spanish cops have fined people €300 for a small lump of hash. On a different show I saw a cop just laughing about a similarly sized lump and he said it wasn't a problem. Both on the Costa del Sol.

In practise it is almost legal in some places, there are even bars where you can discreetly smoke, but don't go around smoking like you're in Amsterdam :!: And beware the Guardia Civil at all costs.

Marijuana and hard drugs are not legal in Spain but Spain does have a really good policy of letting you grow your own cannabis in your own home without any worry of being arrested. I think it's about the most grower friendly country in the world at this time at least for the recreational grower.
