Lemming, here's a thought ...

what about a link banner for ACD ?

I snatched a screenshot and reduced it down to create this image :



using some simple code you could have a "link to us" banner for other's to use anywhere on the web ...?

I use something similar for Virtual 'Dam (as seen on the homepage - bottom right side) ...

I'm in the process of making a link to ACD via the above image but thought it'd be usefull/helpfull for you/your affiliates/friends/members to use this code also?

That code has been tested to work. All you'd need to do is host the image, change the image url in the code and alter the textarea to suit where it would be used.

Thanks very much Rez. Nice one.

After ten years, the ACD is linked from lots of sites, which is great and gives it a good position on Google. For instance:

Number 1 for "coffeeshop"
Number 4 for " coffee shop" (ahead of Starbucks!)
Number 25 for "Amsterdam"

It is also the favoured site for many individual shops, often ahead of their "official" sites.

All of these positions fluctuate so getting new links is always good.
