Best Take Away

Post by geoffk »

Looking for some really good takeaway. Ethnic foods are very welcome. My wife is allergic to soy (in most everything), so that is gonna cut into dinning out. I figured if we are out and about, I could pick up something. We're staying in an apartment, so we'll cook plenty, but I wouldn't mind finding something good to take away. Looks like there is a Maoz close by.

If you're anywhere near the RLD, try the Thai Bird Snackbar/takeaway, as I mentioned in my trip report, it's bloody superb. If you like Thai food, that is...Some of the food is pretty spicy/hot FYI. The green curry may well be the best thing I have ever eaten.

Thanks man, read about Thai Bird. I wasn't sure if it was takeaway. I love hot food

I love those. I had plenty in Germany from the turkish stands. As I'll be staying in De Pijp, kebabs should be plentiful.Image
