Looks like Gordon Brown in his wisdom is going to reclassify cannabis from class c to class b in the near future. All this will do is drive it deeper underground, it's not going to stop us tokers from smoking. NOB HEAD.

It's happening today apparently, just more proof he hasn't a clue what he's doing, his advisory panel have come back saying theres no scientific proof that it's dangerous enough to reclassify but he's doing it anyway.

The good news is the Police have made a statement saying they will still treat it like a class c as they want to spend their time catching crooks and not stoners.

At least the cops make sense somewhere, not like in NY with the dumbass "Stop and Frisk" policy

FUCK GORDON BROWN...FUCK HIM AND HIS CORRUPT JUNTA.....this prick has to go but peaceful subversion is the way....if every stoner plants 10 seeds all over the place then how will they ban something thats growing everywhere....plant in the court flower beds...the parks, the areas around govt buildings....the roadside ...everywhere...i know it's not resposnible but they declared war on us....just please use feminised seeds.....some have already started.......this govt used declassification as a vote attracter....use the l.c.a. to get our point across....most stoners aren't going around committing violent crime but other class B(for bullshit) users do commit violent crime...get real brown you useless prick

Class B my arse! What a joke, if it wasn't so bloody wrong. I can never see cannabis being legalized or at least decriminalized in this country with these corrupt politicians (if you beleave it is them making the decisions) in charge of our lives. Gordon Brown is a twat, but it doesn't matter who is in charge, i think nothing will ever change as far as cannabis is concerned. Police state????....hmmmm

"lethal" well i've only heard of a pair of Mexicans who laughed themselves to death and the bloke who died when a bale of weed fell on him, lethal my arse. He's a fuckin dickhead, emmigration here i go!
Well put! :x

Gota disagree buddy, i think that gives the perfect oppurtunity for UK stoners to make their voice heard. The extra support by those who have not thought much about the issue but have now is priceless :D

Guess the LCA will work something out to protest, we all just gotta get our arses there to support! :D

Although excuses along the lines of ' Im in amsterdam, Im going to amsterdam the next day, ive spent my entire earnings and savings in amsterdam and now i have to deal with the miss's and im pretty sure she'll break my legs so i wont be able to make it. Etc.' Should be consisdered resonable excuses in my book. :D

The "excuse" is the percieved strength of the drug available today in Britain.

The government claims that the drug is upto 3 x stronger than it's 1970's counterpart which contained around 7% THC. In actual fact everything points to most samples being upto 14% THC.

The problem here is that the government gives people no credit whatsoever for their smoking habbits. For example if I come accross some primo weed pushing 20% THC It lasts me a whole heap longer than if I've got a poorer quality sample.... purely and simply because I don't need to smoke as much to get the same effect.

It's much like the Beer/Wine/Spirits situation.... Premium beer is 5% and I might drink 8 to 10 pints of it on an average night.... nobody is suggesting that because Whiskey is 40% that I would still drink 8 pints of it....... this is the single most glaring failing of Jackie Smith..... a woman who has admitted to smoking weed herself in the past! Maybe she should give it another go.

"this is the single most glaring failing of Jackie Smith"

is that the woman who did the skunk experiment and smoked more than her little ass could handle?

I'm the opposite, if it's strong and tasty, I'll smoke the hell out of it.
