NES

Post by SteedOfWeed »

In my opinion NES is one of if not THE top cs in the dam (best in the centrum area by far). Super friendly staff, top menu with 100% quality and fine beverages to wash down. I cannot recomend this shop enough. I patroned this shop on my recent visit in early March (stayed at one of outlaying Green house effect apartments Downtown app i think it was) This was 30 yards from the NES doorstep.

Perfection

PS. DC i will comming back in early June with a larger group of 11 guys (not all smokers but well behaved people). Whats your opinion on bringing such a large group in?

Didn't need one but couldn't do one anyway. There was no way DC was going to give me the joint that he posted about for the spock salute thing. I did get a slightly less potent version that didn't have all of the ingredients.

I would advise you to pay a visit during the day as close to opening time as possible so that you can get your seats. You will have next to no chance of getting 11 people in at night time. That advice will be even more handy in June, especially if you choose to go during the FIFA World Cup Finals tournament. I am speaking from recent experience of being in Nes Cafe early afternoon and also in the evening.

Steed, by the time June swings round you'll be wanting to hit the terraces and the park. In saying that though, if it's a typical european June and happens to be snowing then, like doog says, if it's busy there just wont be the room. If it's not busy then the table at the front can take 11, otherwise you'll have to split up. I had a couple of bigger groups in at the weekend and I don't mind it, aslong as I don't have to speak to anybody about anything I shouldn't have to.....and they all don't order hot chocolates and cappucinos!

Doc, was in at the weekend with the missus....nice couple!. Finally, the spock salute! :D ...Mind u, he chugged through a pure stella, ww ice and tibisla ice joint like it was a malboro light!!

If the Super Silver Haze is anything like 420's I'll be there..... staying at The Rho so Nes will probably be my base.

Roll on June.

Nes had the strongest gear during my last visit a month ago. I think next time I'll ask DC for something a notch below. I'm pretty much a medium weight smoker.

NES - TWO THUMBS UP!
My thoughts are free.

I was there just over two weeks ago and the net access didn't cost anything. All you had to do was to buy drinks and then you could surf away. Stella Blue and Cherry Bomb were good smokes I sampled in Nes.
