coffeeshop refurb closures

Am heading off to the dam for a smoking weekend on the 27th till 29th june and i realise this is rather close to the new fangeled smoking ban coming into place

will this affect the opening of any shops in the dam due to refurbs and complienece etc??

i hope not as we are going on that date.
would so suck if most good coffeshops where closed due to this.
