water water water! gotta stay hydrated! i like a few cups of coffee throughout the day too, especially in November when it's brrrrrr!!!cold!! A hot chocolate now and then is nice too...

water mostly.

since i started smoking i stopped buying soda for the house because ill guzzle it. and the HFC in american soda does some awful stuff too my lower half if i have too much in one day. but i still enjoy it in moderation, this way i just have to decide if i want a pop enough to walk two blocks to Circle K and get one.

Tea by the gallon,honestly the kettle never stops boiling in my place but i do drink a cup of freshly ground java first thing in the morning to kickstart my heart.

if in amsterdam usually the old favourite looza or a cappucino , but they never seem that good ! anyone know where i can get a starbucks style cappucino ie extra shot choice of size ? i know sucked into corporate spin ! :lol:
