Man, you have been one busy guy as of late.
Thanks so much for all your hard work. That's one helluvan update you got going there. Look forward to reading through it all.
I'll do my best to take understandable notes while roaming around on my upcoming trip, and then report them back here.
Thanks to everyone who contributes around here too!

Does this not make more work for yourself Lemming?
Not meaning to sound unappreciatful, as the previous post said - I thank all the hard work put in and am about the read the updated coffeeshop reviews with a cup of tea and lunch-time smoke

~ Is that a grinder in your pocket? ~
Thanks for the appreciation.
The reason for all the URLs is historic. The very first was: www.abf42.dial.pipex.com/coffeeshops/ where there was some free space available to me and I decided to build a little site about coffeeshops as an exercise to learn HTML. That ran from 1997 to 2000 when the account was closed and I moved the site to FreeUK.
Later I got a very cheap redirecting domain name: www.coffeeshopdirect.com. This currently leads to the FreeUK site.
Most recently I got a broadband connection so FreeUK is no longer my principle ISP. I have to use an old modem to update the FreeUK site!
The other two (f2s.com and lin.me.uk) are experimental. Both are much easier to update and I will probably move the site to one of them at some point.
The problem is that the FreeUK location is very well established now. It has a very high rating with Google and has probably been visited by over a million people. If I mess about too much with redirecting from FreeUK the site might loose its position on Google. Also, countless other sites have links to the FreeUK address.
The best link to store in your favourites is www.coffeeshopdirect.com because that should always lead to a working site.

It was the turn of http://www.coffeeshop.f2s.com/ today so that is now the most up-to-date.
Sub-Forums
What do you think about the idea of a food and hotel sub-forums. I'd like to hear about good places to eat and stay.
My thoughts are free.
Just updated http://www.coffeeshop.f2s.com/
