Dutch rail to run high speed trials

Dutch Rail (NS) is to start running trials on the new high speed trail track between Schiphol and Rotterdam from September 8, reports news agency ANP.
Transport minister Camiel Eurlings had hoped to start full services on October 1 but this is now impossible, ANP says.
When fully operational, the journey from the airport to Rotterdam will take 26 minutes.
