I'm a recent convert to ribeye steaks. Where have they been all my life.

Caramelised on the outside, bloody in the middle and you got to have bearnaise sauce, for me.

I think the Hard Rock is now owned by the Seminole Indian tribe in Florida!! At least the ones stateside are!
Why would youwant to get a burger in a city full of so many other choices???? Is there such a thing as "local" food? like here in texas, (that would be BBQ, tex-mex, etc. )???
and I vote yech on the falafel, too !
