Dutch quality newspaper NRC Handelsblad starts website in English

NRC Handelsblad, one of the big newspapers in the Netherlands, has started an English language website.
The newspapers wants to target foreigners and expats who are interested in Dutch news topics of international interest.
The site is a cooperation project with Spiegel Online, an English language news site of the German newspaper Der Spiegel.
