Those strains would be in the seed cup if I'm not mistaken. Which means you will most likely not find them at coffeeshops. Correct me if I'm wrong. The seed cup is what counts to me. That Cambodian Haze sounds nice. I think Rokerij had a Fruit of the Gods on the menu. I know I've seen a review of Brainstorm Haze somewhere.

Yep the vote isnt dependable on who has the most money to advertise the most and gives away the most free weed to the participaters.

Im not putting a downer on the CC its a amazing event with a unique vibe, it just dosnt really capture the Amsterdam vibe to me, but a change is always good. Go and enjoy the sights sounds and herb, but be aware the CC is not always given to the best the weed in town. At best its given to the best weed entered into the Cup.

This months [Oct. '08] High Times mag has an article titled "Road to the Cup" and it mentions several strains that will be seen at the CC.
Nov. '08 issue "Road to the Cup, part deux"

"The DNA Way"
its says in the article that D Don stated that their affiliate coffeshop the Grey Area will be choosing the strain entered in this years cannabis cup for coffeeshops. His guess was a revisiting of that same Martian Mean Green that took home a Breeder's Cup in '05.

Kushberry, a very probable DNA entry for best indica at this years cup

Anunnaki, a very probable DNA entry for best sativa at this years cup

Sour Cream, another possible entry for best sativa

possibilities for ThSEEDS entries are,

Texas Tea- Adam of ThSeeds is about to acquire a completely new line, "I have some friends arriving in the next few days from the houston area, and when i told them we needed something new out here, he told me about this hardy plant-and I said 'we'll definitely try it out"'

MK-Ultra - Another possibility for THSeeds in the Best Indica slot is a revisting of the MK-Ultra strain- a legend in its own right.

Wreckage- a trainwreck X SAGE cross is a hopeful for the Sativa cup

I was wondering that too. If the answer is yes than I'm more likely to check out the CC in the future.
