A random question regarding an American term

Something that had been bugging me for weeks now and I don't know how to find the answer for, is what on earth is a "Wah Wah" (not 100% on the spelling either) ????

I'm not talking about anything musical I don't think (as in the wah wah pedal Jimi Hendrix made famous) but I have heard on several programmes about a place called "Wah Wah". Bam Margera once mentioned the place in one of his shows as did the Bloodhound Gang in the song 'Pennsylvania' - so i'm guessing it is most probably a building/place in that state.

An odd question I know, but damn it is starting to bug me

Snicker. The Wah Wah is a place like the Circle-K and 7-11. It is a 24 hour convenience store.

Ok cool. My initial thought was a bar or night club but thanks for letting me know!!
