Amsterdam 'capital of cool' says NYT

Amsterdam is the current 'reigning capital of cool’, says the New York Times in its autumn travel guide.

'The Dutch capital has emerged as a cultural juggernaut, with everyone from designers to DJs flexing their creative muscles,' the paper says on its website.

NYT thinks my neighborhood is cool, only after you add some skanky heroin-chic models wearing ridiculous outfits. Maybe I'm too close to the subject.
