Hi everyone, I am coming to Amsterdam in 2 weeks but I would like to find out something beforehand.

You see, the issue is that I can only smoke Pure indicas or heavy indica dominant hybrids or else I get panic attacks which are not pleasant. I only get these terrible things from Sativas but Ive never got them from Indicas or indica dominants....basically im looking for a pleasant relaxing stone but Im not sure which coffeeshops usually/consistently have good indica strains on their menu. I will be staying close to the Dampkring so Im sure to check out their weed, but I was wandering if there are any other shops which might sell more indica variety.

i know a lot of people dont like it coz they find it weak but a nice , big , pure spliff ( or blunt ) of jamaican gets me high and makes me feel good, last time i went holland i put 5 grames in a blunt ! i was fucked but niiiice buzz and it is cheap!

what you mean by panick attack , what happens to you when you smoke sativa?

I've gotten jumpy on sativas before. I can understand how someone predisposed to panic attacks could get triggered by one.

As for quality indicas at a single coffeeshop, I have one suggestion: Old Amsterdam (near Rembrandtplein). I've had White Russian and Sensi Star from there and they were both outstanding.

yeah i've heard people saying that they got panic attack smoking weed but never understood why, on weed the worst feeling i had was paranoia but it was because i was smuggling.
and the panic attack i had before but with speed, which ill never take again!

Ok let me elaborate on my "Panic attacks". First some background information about me.

I started smoking weed when I was 13 in Vancouver Canada (im 21 now). The thing was that I had extra strict parents and I was always afraid that I would be caught so what I did was I got a gram or 2 of good BC Bud and I would smoke it all at once (lol I know stupid) because I didnt have anywhere to store it, my mom had a great nose lol so naturally when youre a kid who is scared about being caught and smoking so much bud I would sometimes get there horrible panic attacks. Interestingly enough I NEVER got paranoia or anything like that from smoking, just a powerful fear type feeling that was extremely overwhelming. Anyways I have moved to europe since then and I have not smoked any weed for 3 years until a month ago when a friend came from amsterdam with some White Russian. I smoked about half a joint and it felt GREAT with absolutely zero anxiety or stuff like that.

The thing is men in my family are predisposed to nervous problems so that makes me a little careful now, but I think that if I stick to indica or indica dominant strains ill be ok. I smoke to relax now (I mean I will once I get to amsterdam in 2 weeks lol) , I dont smoke to get really messed up like I did when I was a kid. Everything in moderation is the way for me

Stay away from Kali Mist then.

Apollp 13 by many accounts is one of the best indicas in dam atm. Grab a bag from Grey Area.

yea heard good reviews of the appolo 13 too.

As much as most folks seem to focus on sativas, I've always like indicas, even in the daytime, even early in the morning.

Yet I'm sitting here blazing yet another G13 Haze number at 7 a.m.

Go figure.

Hitting those indicas is a great way to keep coffeeshop expenses down, too.

listen to him! the jamaican is a sativa, but not the way the dutch/us strains are.
