This interview is from April 07 but I have to agree that he has some excellent ideas and is very real in his views on cannabis. Now if some other governments would just listen and heed what he has to say.

I like that the interview was done on 4-20-07.

It's a bit dated, but still extremely interesting. It's also particularly pertinent now, given Maastricht's plan to move coffeeshops out of the center and into a specifically designed coffeeshop area near the Belgian border.
