Can someone tell if it is safe to take a joint with me from the Dam to ultrech on the train

I presume you intend on smoking it...Ive seen a local blaze up on the train but he was a really old dude. I dont think I would.
You missed it right?

You'll be alright as long as you dont smoke it as the trains are all no smoking now, if its to smoke in Utrecht you could find a coffeeshop there, the main 2 I know are the smoking boat and a place called Wietstock (try the Budsies)

In answer to the question, as Boner says, you can't even smoke a cigarette on a train these days.
