confirmed, seed possession is a big no no, certainly dont leave a paper trail if you do have them sent to the US

As much as I agree with most of what you post, Boner, the legal ramifications for possessing seeds in the U.K. and U.S. are two entirely different stories. Discreet packaging or not, what you are suggesting could land someone in a U.S. federal penitentiary. If you're going to send someone down that road, it should be done only with full disclosure of all risks involved.
Fair enough but didn't you do the same by suggesting they buy them from Canada or The Netherlands?

Sort of, yes. And don't forget, I also advocated smuggling and growing. I ain't seekin' sainthood.

I just think posting seeds here is very risky (I've had some crushed before delivery) because it puts an illegal product fully in the hands of the same investigative authorities who are empowered to charge the recipient under federal law. And even if you weasel out of it, you've fingered yourself.
