FDA is "Fundamentally Broken"

Go figure that a bunch of stoners like ourselves figured this out a long time ago that the FDA is full of it. You know the agency here in the US that says marijuana has no medical value.
"A group of scientists at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Wednesday sent a letter to President-elect Barack Obama's transition team pleading with him to restructure the agency, saying managers have ordered, intimidated and coerced scientists to manipulate data in violation of the law."
Scientist at the FDA call the agency "corrupt". Though this article is about medical devices there has been ample news over the years about the FDA and drugs that were dangerous and pulled after the FDA deemed them "safe and effective".
Our paranoid rants about the FDA and manufacturers were no so crazy afterall.
