mostly been playing fallout 3 lately, brilliant game so big and so much to do it can be a different experience on replay's because you can just reorder the way you do things or go through on a different karma route.

on live im mostly obsessed with cod 4 and gta IV

One thing pisses me off with cod4 online. You can get 12 kills say, and only die 4 times. Someone else gets 20 kills but dies 28 times and they get a higher rating than you. They've been a defecit to the team so they should get less points and experience.

any sniping tips, never could get the hang of that weapon, keep missing or not killing with 1st shot, which means they've scarpered before the rifle is steady again.

^^Head shot should do it^^

Stay in the Bushes or get up as high as you can one kill then move slightly away from your position. This way if your located from where you last killed you can keep an eye for the sneaky 1s trying to cut you up

Through a bit of trial and error im getting kills with it now, big areas of open ground are too tough as people are sprinting and i just keep winging them. I've found some half decent positions near choke points though, with a couple of claymores at my back for protection i've normally got a few secs of them coming straight forwards....which means one splattered enemy

My favourites in it are the LMG's, if you get in a big fire fight, every other weapon will need reloading long before yours, so you can use their reload time to pop out and blow them away.

My other favourite tactic is going stealth, UV jammer, silenced smg, claymores. So satisfying creeping round behind the enemy while their facing the rest of your team. Did 4 in one room about 30mins ago, three dead before the last one even realised something was wrong

cheers for the tips, they were a help.

Sniping will be better when i get the overkill perk again. Makes me nervous not having a machine gun of some sort

New expansion pack for fallout 3 is brilliant... New weapons like gauss rifle (very high power energy sniper rifle, Does about 113 dmg with high energy weapons skill)

I'll have to go read up on both expansions, because the actual games are probably my two favourites now.

I like the dart gun in fallout, up to 8 damage from the dart, cripples their legs, and then the poison does another 60 damage. silent too, so you can dart groups from close up and they will only go to caution level instead of danger. Did 5 super mutant brutes with it out towards girdershade, just creep away, their caution goes, sneak back and pop them again. didnt take a single point of damage myself.

Im gonna get the game of the year edition of oblivion next.

...i run that gauss rifle till its about to fall apart...just wish i could be friends with the big happy mutant..he looks like a blast to have

Yup Halo 3 is also an awesome game, so long on single player and pretty good multiplay!
