I dont know I bet we have a few veggies on here.
Good point. Maybe just the meat eaters then. We have our share of vegetarians and vegans here in Portland so I should have known better!

Hydro, just found this link via rootsmusic.nl plus a google search for a place that serves Jamaican food;

http://www.planetrose.info/index.jsp?AC ... BO&MID=901

Also, pretty certain during my August trip last year, I saw flyers in Black Star cs for a place called Jerk Junkies serving yard food as well. Must have to check this place next time I go, proper yard food with a spliff.

Ex-veggie here, well ex-vegan to be honest.

I'll be turning back to it someday, when i dont live out of service stations. Ginsters Chicken and Bacon sandwhichs are the best thing in those places.

so you eat meat or atleast chicken/fish now? whats that like? was it a shock to the system when you ate it again? my brother hasen't eaten meat knowingly since like 1991. he says hes at the point that if he did he'd prob get sick from not only the meat but the additives,hormones and antibiotics put in the meat.
educating myself and waiting for the next trip.

Usually man its Tuna i live on, but when your on the road its hard to find decent Veggie/Vegan food. It werent too bad man, it was a bit strange at first. I remember feeling really heavy and lethargic when i first ate meat. No i'm kind of ajusted, not into beef and steaks really so i think i'm not fully back into meat.

I'll go vegan again in the not too distant. I feel healthy when i'm in that type of diet.

According to Google maps, it's located at:

Oudezijds Voorburgwal 64

Right next to the Yam Yam Sexshop.

As far as I know it's been there for years, I'm pretty sure when Andy/Soulrider (where is he?) moved over there he actually started out living above it.
