I just cant work out how an American can be jailed for 14-28 years for Growing Cannabis, and a Rapist/Murderer in UK gets 15 year life sentence.. as in only 15 years..

It shocks me how harsh the Yanks are treated with Weed.. and they grow some real good shite too...
