i'd like to know this too. i'm not vegan by any means, but vegan resteraunts can often have some interesting dishes.

and it feels good to eat veggies when baked after you eat a buncha fries and fast food.

I just did a search on Google of "Amsterdam Vegan Restautant" and this was the first link that came up, it looks like they list 16 veggie restaurants.

Hope this helps...

what are good squats to go to? i've been looking for a good couple to check out. love to support the local underground when i travel. and amsterdam has to have a good anarchist community.

(unlike that squat in hong kong i went to and ended up surrounded by japanese kids in swastica shirts.)
