The closest you'll get is the English breakfast tea's, just ask for that.
Remember to ask for milk or you won't get any.
And no sugar please, fucks up my high
I fuckin love tea me  .
Endure

Sad as it is i took my own T-bags last trip. I had an apartment so it was ideal to have a nice cuppa. Only problem was with the milk that seemed to always taste off?

Watch out they like cultured milk, like watery yogurt.

If I put that in my coffee, I'd be spraying the whole room with yogurt milk.

if you really are craving a black tea, try one of the swankier chain hotels. Swisshotel style places. many of them have a cafe in them and they're used to housing british business folk who wont do anything without their tea. thats worked for me in germany and in asia.
