Well, I don't know about that, but he was a spider!

If they are licensing it, then my guess is that penatlies for small unlicensed grows would also be fairly light (i.e. you might have to pay some small fine) and so then you get a license for your next grow to be hunky-dory.

Spain has the weather though, nothing like sitting in 35 degree heat smoking a bowl. (as I was in August)
