Can one be immune to hazes????

Post by vivalamata »

Just got back..had a good time. However, I mostly smoked hazes and while I smoked a LOT they didn't really knock me out much except for the first night...when I had smoked a LOT.

Tried:
NYC Diesel- Greenhouse- shiite
Amnesia Haze- Rookerij- OK, just okay
G-13 Haze- Barneys- kicked my ass the first night, after that kept me mostly fidget-y
Laughing Buddha- Barneys- again okay but still I felt pretty normal

Red Dragon- Finally a weed that felt like weed generally does

Could it be that I am just much better suited for Indicas????? Until I tried the Red Dragon I couldn't really relax. I felt all tense.

Any thoughts and/or advice on Indicas to try would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the thing that is CRAZY. I have not smoked regularly for like the last 8 years. Back in the day I think it was likely Indica I was smoking since it often made me feel like my head was melting.

Hazes get you high, and if they have a clear high, then often people won't understand they are high, because you don't feel any different. It's hard to explain. If you want to know you are stoned, you smoke an Indica and you get stoned. Many people smoke hazes and because of the uplift, they don't feel like it has had any effect.

Also in some strange occassions, people go a long time before the weed really hits them, but when it does, it's always fun.

That after effect is certainly what happened to me with G-13. That knocked my ass out.

Perhaps I need a really solid indica. I may be too high strung for Sativa. I think it just amps me up too much although very good for sightseeing. I am dying to try that Quasar and may hit it up soon.

Sounds like indica is more your style. Hate to recommend the most recommended weed, but sounds like SSH might be your ticket. It's a 50/50. Black Widow from Katsu. Here are some others, but I'm not quite sure where to find them: MK-Ultra, Big Buddha's Blue Cheese, Kushes, any G13 or G13 haze crosses (Soma's Sogouda), Sour D, Kali Mist (which has haze in it, but is far from clear headed) or White Russian. Some strong hash or iso hash might do the trick.

The S5 Haze from MY is pretty nice. It's a bit too racy for me, but if you're looking for a nice haze, that's definitely an option.

If you figure that you're more into indicas, then I recommend the LA Confidential. This should be available at several shops. I can vouch for the LA Con from both Grey Area and Mellow Yellow as usually being good. I think the Green Place and Bluebird also have this on the menu, though I haven't tried them.
