I understand about the only 30 additional minutes to drive to Amsterdam, shady. If you're going that far, why not just drive the extra 30 minutes to Mecca?

I would wait on the visit to Prix d' Ami. It will take him a couple of months,
at least, to get the changes in place. I havent even visited there since Ro (short for Robert) took it over. I'm waiting for him to work his coffeeshop magic on this shop.

The current owner of The Noon, Ro (a dutch guy) took it over in 2000; the same year his Blueberry won the HT Cannabis Cup.

Still a great place. Good menu, good wares, and not outrageously expensive. Fairly roomy inside, and has a pinball machine and a foosball table. Gets a little hot & smokey upstairs, but other than that, a very nice place.

We were sat on the table next to your left... Saw you leave early, where did you go?

Yeah, I knew you were there, I said hi to you and your crew, remember? It was just too damn hot in there for me. I can't take that stifling heat and thick smoke...had to get out and get some air. They need some outdoor tables there...

Mellow Yellow is still my favourite shop. The menu has a great choice and i've never been dissapointed with a purchase there... The SSH was quality over the 420 weekend

ive been twice here, once in 2008 (when the experience was superb, ambience especially) and just the other day (28.4.09).
on this occasion, we didnt receive a welcoming of any sort from neither the staff, or the locals- im not expecting handshakes or hugs, but someones face can say a thousand words, and i felt very unwelcome!

I have to admit there are some dealers at Mellow Yellow who can be very unfriendly but thats not the deal with everyone in the staff
