was in mellow yellow last week. We only walked there for the S5 haze. It was a hot day, we'd had little sleep no food and it was a very long walk. (well what seemed like a long walk). Just as mellow yellow is in sight i ask my mates if they have there id. 1 of them does, the other doe not. We got in there and got asked for ID straight away lol. I laughed at my mate and said i knew they would ask, then realised I didn't have my passport

Then I remembered I had my drivers licence in my wallet. Back in the game 8) 5g of S5 please.

The Mellow Yellow was the 2nd coffeeshop I had been in (The Rookies was the first). I like its quaint local vibe. I was staying with an artist nearby (in 2007 I believe(, who recommended stopping in for a smoke. It was fine for relaxing, herb was fine, and they had refreshments.

Handy for apartment and couldent resist - evening quite busy but with a nice smoky vibe , failed to roll properly (amateur) so bought a Jamaican pre-roll for 3 euro , didnt do much I am afraid. Very hot upstairs (but then was a hot day) , good mix of people including business types on laptops and younger guys playing chess. Civilised and historical.

(had space cake at apartment , which did the trick nicely on top of the joint)

On list for next time.

Was there once this trip, walked by a few times - budtender was OK. place seemed "gangy", drama, loud. the sativa was the best i've had, too bad I can't remember the strain

Mellow Yellow was alright. The bud was pretty good and the only complaint I have is of the guys working there, they're a little snotty, but they've got some good quality smoke

Got a sample three days ago. Pretty good, but nothing dank.
Nice smoke for a walk though.

Really though nothing can beat the consistent goodness of the S5 Haze. And with the 5g->50 deals it can be good value if you're staying long/ have a big crowd(5 friends can get a gram for 10 euro each this way).
