I dont really see the good start....I mean of course its nice to see that the promise made about the medical farms/distributors is gonna get true and I am really happy for all the medical users who wont have to worry about their buds anymore, but besides that I dont see any good news in this articel for the FREEDOM of the individual, because needle-exchange programs wont make drugs like heroin clean, the dealers will still mix in whatever they want to and this problem can only be solved by legalisation!

when you have lived under the current system for so long, even baby steps are better than maniacal ranting by john walters or barry mccafrey, comparing medical mj to medical crack, thats the drug czars of the past. just the fact that kerlikowske acknowledges an issue is a step in the right direction.
