Short report May 14

Post by corsicanbro »

I made it with no problems all the way. I'll do a more in depth write up when I get back, but here is a short review from Day 1.

First Stop - Barneys 1g Utopia Haze 13e, G13 Haze 14e, Barney Rubble 44e
The G13 Haze was the first joint, very moist with resin and very smooth with a great taste. For my first joint in Adam it didn't make me cough once. The G13 Haze ended up being my favorite of the whole first day for flavor and high. The Utopia Haze was good. The Barney Rubble was very good. You could definitely tell a difference when it was added to the mix. While in Barneys I looked over and the dude next to me had a big ole pretty bud of something, after talking a minute he said it was Red Cherry Berry and recommended by the Budtender. It turns out the dude was none other that Bradz420, also here on hour 1 of his trip. I'll let him tell you about the Red, but basically we put it out and smoked the rest of the G13 and the UH. Bought 1g Crimea Blue 13 and 1g Hawaiian Snow 13 for the road.

Like I said, I'll do a full write up later, but other buys
GH - SLH 1g 11.50 (not as good as expected) , SSH 1g, 12
Dampkring 1g Laughing Buddha 6.50, 1g Cheese 9, 2g King Hassan 15.00
Amnesia 1g Amnesia Hase 14g (very nice)
Grey Area 1g Recon 13, 1g Chesel 13, 2g Yellow Cab 16

Lost Brad, checked in and met up with blueridge. Brad didn't make it back to Book. Me and blue went to the Rokerji. Very nice place, a little dark so its hard to see to roll.

Sour Diesel 1g 10 (Second PLace for the day, nice flavor, smell and high)
1g Riffman 10e on budtender recommendation, don't like, little flavor, taste or effect

420 - 420 kush, very good, nice flavor, stoned me out, plus I added some barney rubble at this point, blue and I walked in circles for two hours trying to get from 420 to HGF. Well maybe not 2 hours, but we did make one big circle endiung up back at 420 from the other direction lol. We found HGF, but still no Brad or Soulrider, we also found some cheese and a nice sidewalk to sit and watch and smoke. At HGF that is.

HGF 0.8g cheese 10 and 0.8 OG Kush Haze 10 (third place of the day, super strong and great flavor). I was a littledisappointed in the cheese. I didn't smoke the cheese I got from Damp yet.

Last stop of the day was Noon and we got, guess???

Blueberry 4g 23e, very nice decent buds, mild flavor, good effect, Noon was cool and I would say it is very local, because the guy in line in front of me turned out to be my 65 year old Dutch landlord, LOL. So yes, smoking is allowed in my room :) . I also bought some blueberry haze 1g 10 yet to be tried.

So anyway, needless to say all is well, and I'll be talking to y'all soon.

Nice first day report !
Rokerji. Very nice place, a little dark so its hard to see to roll.
I do remember there being enough light to see the show the waitress gave us though  I really liked this place as well. The sour diesel and chocoloupe session nearly did me in.
The funny thing is I think we stumbled upon 420 on the way to HGF and then thinking that we went past HGF we back-tracked and I remember it taking us a long time to get there but we were there well before 8. I was a little disappointed in the cheese as well; I like the strain but it was not my favorite. The cheese at MY smelled fantastic but I went for SSH and something else instead.
the guy in line in front of me turned out to be my 65 year old Dutch landlord, LOL.
Yeah, that was a trip running into him there. I thought that the blueberry was decent as well but the sample from the 420 was better; looked different to me than the noon bag.
