Kebab: (Originally Turkish) grilled vealmeat with spices. But they use other meat as well in some kebab places like chicken, turkey or lamb, or just a mix of crappy meat wastes and fat layers. Usually gets served in a pita or a wrap with salad, tomato, onion and sometimes garlic sauce (in NL) But you can also get it with fries or rice or whatever.
