Easy peoples,
just joined the site after cruising around it for a few weeks, doing a bit of research for a trip over on the 19th with the mrs and a couple friends. got a couple of questions too as its been a while.
firstly we're driving over and thinking about stopping in rotterdam on the way in/out so any suggestions where to go would be great?
Also i want to try and find some proper jamaican high grade in dam, as i moved from south london a couple years ago and cant find it where i live now, so where's the best place to try? all responses gratefully received.
peace and blessings
Badger

hi and welcome
never tried jamaican hi in dam, looks like katsu might be a goer tho.
also smokers guide had kashmir lounge down as stocking it, though the review is 3yrs old, and the menu on FBN's page is older still. good luck and enjoy yr trip.
aah, the badger. like a smaller panda, but with a pair of nads.

uh, had it in mind to mention basjoe (want jamaican, see jamaicans, makes sense) but somehow forgot. top spot with top guys.however, i've only got the terminator in here.
i was referring to the
http://www.smokersguide.com as opposed to their book, save yer pennies. i'd use the travelogues section here instead.

well i am on that same journey and trying to find what i remember as
proper jamaican high grade
everyone tells me that what i am seeking no longer exists, but i continue the search anyway ...
also looking for old-style thai ...

me too

they have both jamaican and thai, and
imo is worth a visit
you could buy just a gram of each and give them each a little try, if either is ok, then they have a 3-gram deal
i had both in january and really enjoyed the old-style high
badgerfist wrote:... as it sounds like the owners are westindian
that's close but not exact, but they are from the area and great people

well
yes and
no
no because the information is not as up-to-date as what you find here in the
travelogues and
coffeeshop reviews and
cannabis strains forum topics
yes because it is an interesting book in itself with nice photographs and some useful information and very nice to open and read when you are not in amsterdam and want to be
i bought one and love it

thanking you very muchly for the advice gents, only ever heard good things about basjoes so will probably head there first. been checking the reviews of strains on smokers guide website but just turn into a kid in a sweet shop and cant retain any of the info, or perhaps thats a cheese based short term memory issue!!! and ss67 if you are ever in deptford, south london you will find that old skool jam high grade is still very much in existence i'm happy to say.

Greenhouse have the Super Lempn Haze back on their menu, but ithink its gone up in price from 10.5E to 12.50E per gram,
Chocolope from Dampkring has been one of my favourite Chocolope's for years, im sure Rockerij do a Chocoloupe, but not as good as the Dampkring strain, also Greenplace had some good Chocolope when i was there in Feb.
Orange Bud isnt normally my choice to smoke, but i hear Basjoe's and Picasso have good batches of OB.
When i was in Grey Area last time, i tried the East Coast Sour Diesel, and i loved it, Grey Area have some weeds on their Menu that you probably wont find very often in other coffeeshops in Dam
Have a good'un bro

Hello and welcome mate.
I recall reading about Coffeeshop Anyday selling Jamaican high grade. I think it is one of thier specialities. Dont know if its a constant, or a rarity.
Also, for good Chocoloupe, try the GreenPlace or Paradox.
Good Orange Bud can be found at Basjoe's by all accounts ( I havent tried it, many have

)
Lemon haze from Rusland coffeeshop was one of my favourite smokes in April.
In my experience, Grey Area do sell good herb, just a little expensive is all.
