Whilst the UN are still coming out with shite like this, it's going to be an uphill struggle.
In the last decade, the amount of THC (the harmful component) found in marijuana from North America - grown using the latest techniques - has almost doubled.

Keep in mind that the UN drugs stats are, typically, from a prohibitonists point of view, and, as such, are often pure bullshit.

A better site, re drugs research, might be the following:

http://www.cedro-uva.org/lib/index.html

Although CEDRO is now, largely, defunct their research is still prety good.

Note some of papers which discredit the UN research methodologies and/ or UN biases.

While United nations nevertheless happens using shit this way, it's going to be a difficult deal with.
