Poffertjes

You know those little pancakes dripping with butter and icing sugar that they cook in those dimpled pans.

Where have you had good ones?

My best are from a little van in the Grote markt in Haarlem, and some little stand in Oosterpark during the Roots Festival.

Another is the restaurant they set up in the winter on the museumplein next to the big skating rink/reflecting pond. I wish they had a mini pancake affection over here.

Ah, now were talking.
I had some decent ones from a stand in Dam Square. But by far the Best ones I've had were from Studio2 lunchroom at the Flowermarket
