Yup. Back home only two days now and I've just booked my next trip. Solo this time, like the first time. Will be in Amsterdam from Thursday 3 September through Sunday 6 September.
No accommodations booked yet, but I'm leaning toward trying something new, having been in the same place the last two times (Hotel Borgmann) -- Nice though that's been, maybe something closer in to the Centrum...
How was I able to convince the wife to allow this? I honestly have no idea. But once I saw ICP Orchestra will play a 4-night stand at Bimhuis there was probably no stopping me!
One-two punch

You have been posted on the September Whos In Town page.
You can see who else may be in town during your stay.
By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.
You have been bitten by the Amsterdam bug. Another trip will just deepen the addiction. I know, I've been getting a Mokum hit once or twice a year since the late 80's.
The 4th and 5th have the most people. Now that you have a favorite coffeeshop, you may want to plan a Meet and Greet one of those dates.
As I see it a Meet and Greet is a win, win, win situation.
1. Nobody shows up. You have spent an hour in a coffeeshop of your choice.
This goes in my win column.
2. One or more people show up. You meet some new friends in a great atmosphere.
Yep, another win.
3. Everyone in town shows up and it turns into a coffeeshop crawl.
This might be the biggest win of all.
Enjoy
