decriminalization or not mexico is not exactly the best place to visit right now with the cartel wars. like 30 people were killed last week. if ya go keep on the main path and stay in the more touristy cities.

as far as places. suprised no ones mentioned jamaica.....hawaii is also a good one if ya know people. vancouver bc. and depending on how things go this novembwe(have my doubts) washington state or colorado. enjoy where ever ya go. make friends ...you can find connects in any part of the world.
