Yes there are plenty of cities in Europe where you can smoke legally. I hope this helps.

I FUCKING HATE THIS KIND OF QUESTIONS:

1) This is a forum about AMSTERDAM COFFEESHOP
2) There's NO CITY IN THE WORLD, nor Amsterdam, where you can smoke LEGALLY
3) As a person who wants to fight for Amsterdam, as a city that I like and as a goal of international antiprohibitionism, i get pissed off when someone talks like all is lost or like the dutch situation is just a little change on their itinary.
4)This downer attitude seems to me like if someone wants to get us down, make us feel depressed and helpless.

I don't know if the forum owner would agree with me but, for me, this is not your forum. Go to 420chan to talk about drug turism, not here.
Thanks.

that what we call riffer madness ....

A little info for you ;)

india
Used during observance of certain Hindu rituals. Government-owned shops in holy cities like Varanasi sell cannabis in the form of bhang. Despite the high prevalent usage, the law makes it illegal to possess any form of the psychoactive. However, this law is rarely enforced and treated as a low priority across India. Further, large tracts of cannabis grow unchecked in the wild in many parts of northern and southern India in many states such as West Bengal, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamilnadu . Many states such as West Bengal, Tripura, and the North East have their own laws allowing cannabis, locally known as ganja. <id call that being somewhat LEGAL

Mexico
On August 21, 2009, Mexico decriminalized "personal use" possession of up to 5 grams of Cannabis << and fucking good ganja at very good prices!!

PeruPossession of up to 8 grams (0.28 oz) of marijuana is legal as long as one is not in possession of another drug <<<fucking good herbs at very low prices!!

8) only thing they dont have Coffeshops...but soon to come ;)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_cannabis

and...

No dreadlocked revelers smoked celebratory reefers in the streets, no armies of conservatives protested, the Mexican media raised no hullabaloo. Quietly and with little ado, Mexico last week enacted a law to decriminalize possession of small amounts of all major narcotics, including marijuana, cocaine, heroin, ecstasy and crystal meth. Anyone caught in Mexico with two or three joints or about four lines of cocaine can no longer be arrested, fined or imprisoned. However, police will give them the address of the nearest rehab clinic and advise them to get clean.
from ;;; http://www.time.com/time/world/article/ ... 25,00.html

also...

in Bangladesh
Cannabis is grown throughout the Bengal region, which is currently split between Bangladesh and the Indian state of West Bengal. In both parts of Bengal, cannabis (Bengali: গাঁজা gãja) has been widely used for centuries. Cannabis was banned in Northern Bangladesh in 1984. As of now, cannabis is legal throughout Bangladesh, and is in common use among people. It is known as ganja or hashish, and drunk in bhang.

decriminalization or not mexico is not exactly the best place to visit right now with the cartel wars. like 30 people were killed last week. if ya go keep on the main path and stay in the more touristy cities.

as far as places. suprised no ones mentioned jamaica.....hawaii is also a good one if ya know people. vancouver bc. and depending on how things go this novembwe(have my doubts) washington state or colorado. enjoy where ever ya go. make friends ...you can find connects in any part of the world. :D

First of all:
Your question was NOT related to Amsterdam: was related to find "another Amsterdam". It is the logic: don't be mad with be bro.
-Sorry if defenending Amsterdam on an Amsterdam forum is a "pointless opinion".
-Wikipedia one contains lot of uncorrect information. F.E: Many bullshit about Italy, and I know because I live there.
-Decriminalized Cannabis or somewhat legal IS NOT LEGAL and governments can start to act less relaxed anytime.
-I can't understand who could be interested in spending 700$ in a plane flight to Peru, smoke same weed he can smoke at his home and maybe bullied by some cops looking for a bribe. Maybe a mad person, someone smoking too much.

So I'll repeat you my point, just in case someone can't read between the lines: fucking fight for your rights, never lay your head down. Do not think how to live without the things you like but fight to keep them.
And now, kids, you can start talking back about your drug trips and about me being a crazy bitch.
