highest spots in Amsterdam to chill?
Looking for places that overlook all of Amsterdam Central. Any place that is high in the air in Amsterdam that I can eat, drink, or just stare out and watch Amsty for a lil while

You can climb to the top of westerkerk for a few euro, not sure how long you can hang about though. The library is meant to have a good cafe on the top floor with views. And there's a overpriced teashop type thing on the top floor of the shopping centre near muntplein.

well with the FAA regulations, and all that,, it wouldnt be allowed since d inbound flight usually have the pattern full from from approch which starts at the markers in the north sea,, i would think it would be in away from Amserdam jsut due to schiphol

I was, and still am being cheeky, but since you went all pedantic, let's have a go, take the full piss shall we?
The F what? No authority here mon. That would be the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
Referring to the website, they do mention weather conditions as part of the decision making process on whether to balloon or not...and deductive reasoning suggests that in the event that the wind current would take them into an active airspace, they would either cancel or as suggested, launch from another part of the country.
So, how's that for being pedantic?
Now, take a couple of hits from your vape, and while carefully negotiating the stairs, go outside for a walk.
Happy Ballooning, except when entering restricted airspace/power lines/wind mills/...anything else Matty? Right, stoners on their magic carpets...

To be fair. One of the highest spots will be voyagers no doubt.
