Hi there guys,

I am just wondering if any you know of the best shop in Amsterdam that sells really good edibles?

I have often had the odd chocolate brownie available on the counter at some shops, however, I have never come across a shop with a range of edibles.
Are there any shops that meet this criteria? If so where and what is its name?

If not, which shops stock the best cakes, or any sort of edible at all?

I've tried a cake in every shop I've been to that's sold them in NL, dozens of shops, and these are the only ones I'd ever go back to.

Flower Power - Edible Bon Bon closest thing to a US or Canadian edible you'll find in Ams
Hugo De Groot - Surprisingly strong cake, ate a whole one expecting it to be mild like the rest but it knocked me on my ass
Utopia - pretty good muffin, nice body buzz
Green House - Chocolate cake here was pretty strong when I tried it
Paradox - Sometimes good cake, sometimes weak. I've found it stronger in the winter and weaker in the summer. Maybe due to demand.

The rest were basically weed flavored cakes that did nothing for me.

I was pretty wrecked after having some of Bas Joe's "Rainbow Cake".
Few years ago when I had it, not sure if they still do it.

I've heard people say Paradox do good cake, not tried it myself.

This shop, from the outside, never looked very promising. It always looked kind of dark and uninviting. If they have these bonbons, I will sample them and report on them in August.
