we would have to have some contract drawn up between us, to keep it all above aboard as it could get complicated if a lot of people are involved, the majority shareholder would have to have final say or it would never work as to many eggs spoils the pie.

Free room for my trips over would do me really and of course if it got sold i would want my cash back. But as for getting an income that is not important as a minor shareholder.
