Oaxacan Mexican strain in Dam

Post by templeball »

Great news I think - weve been discussing this legendary old skool outdoor-grown mexican elsewhere here, last seen in the 80's/early 90's. I have loadsa of very fond memories of this great dope, and low and behold ive seen it listed as a bio strain at Anyday C/S on pics taken by someone who unfortunately ive just lost the thread of, so really sorry not to credit whover took this pic here

...yet another good reason to visit Anyday. Although im there for the hash really i wont be able to resist a g of this stuff, who knows when ill see it again...here we go, here we go...

try their jamaican too, three good reports now on it recently, and a good bit of jamaican beats a good thai anyday (well, actually thats not true if we are talking about what you can actually get in the counrty of origin, a bit of real northern thai grass is as trippy as any haze, buts it true for Dam IMHO)

No Jamaican on the menu :(
And perhaps i was unlucky, but the Jamaican i tested in Dam ... Rasta baby 5/10 and Rokerij2 ... 1/10 cause i don't want to give a 0/10, it's reserved to hash i smoked in Marseille when i was in France.

..agreed about the normal standard of jamaican being shit, exactly as you say, waste of money, but a couple of people have made good reports recently so I was going to try a bit..oh well....

Jamaican is on the Anyday menu on F.B.Ns "Menu" site. I have also read quite a few positive reports, lately, about the Jamaican "High Grade" at Any Day. Also, I tried a Jamaican pure joint at C.S Johnny a few years back, it did the job; I didn't see the Ghost of Bob Marley or anything, but it wasn't bad.

I have just 6 hours to spend in Dam, and i have to go to Stix for temple ball and Bluebird for Dhaula Giri ... and i don't want to give my money for Afghani, i don't know who is behind and, perhaps i'm too stupid, but i don't want to pay Talibans even indirectly.

Please, be cool with Templeball, the subject is Oaxacan Mexican strain

Chill out mate,
I'm always cool with TB, and everyone else for that matter.
Cheers for pointin out the subject, didn't consider my post a hi-jack, as i did discuss JamHi also, and i continued to mention a fine strain from this shop as you and others mentioned visiting it. Sharing info is what this forum is all about and i've gained so much from here that, even touching 20 trips over, i've always got something to look forward to.
BTW, my suggestion is dutch grown weed, i wouldn't worry about your dollars loading a gun. Any day is well worth a stop IMO. Enjoy yr trip.

agreed, I've had some other Jamaican varieties in Ams and they were mostly dry, gritty and tasting like dust. So now I don't bother with any Jamaican except the stuff from Anyday, which is on a different level. Make sure you get the 'Jamacian High Grade' as I think they also have a regular 'Jamaican' which I haven't tried yet.

DAMN templeball, yer like a kid in a candy store. Slow down and take a deep breath, put down dat j -- you will get there soon and Anyday will have everything you want, which by my guesstimation is:

Routang Valley Hash
Durban Poison
Durban Poison Hash
Oaxacan Mexican Haze
Strawberry Kush (I mean why not? They're in vogue).
White Widow (cuz Blueberry sed so)
Honey Dew (probably not much oomph there, but I bet it's tasty smoke)
Jamaican (itz so cheap; doesn't even count as a buy)
Thai (one can always hope!)

Did I miss anything? Wish I wuz u,,, :(

Here's treetop's pic of Anyday's hash menu in case it hasn't popped up yet,
Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

So hard to understand with my poor English :(
If i offended you, sorry, was not my intention, off-topic is banned from all others forums where i spend time and my precedent post was not against you.

Anyway, thanks all of you for posting recommendations on Anydays strains
